Review book

Jamal and his friends were playing soccer Jamals sister, Bibi, joined in Bibi steps on a land mine the ball is under a tank Jamal is trying out to get the ball aswell trying not to activate the tank and the mine. Jamal is a bakery warrior and he succeeded not getting his sister and his self killed.

Jamal and his family also go to a secret school in Afghanistan and it is illegal. The government find put anot this school.

So Jamal and his family try to escape Afghanistan and go to Australia. They pay smugglers a lot of money they flew on a plane and a boat, but while they were on this boat pirates raided them and aswell Bibi and Jamal were on a different boat then there parents this caused doubt in seeing there parents again. So there were storms and then ocean force people saved them and they don't even end up in Australia but the family unites.

Summarising

So what happened was that Jamal's house blew up so Dad took Jamal and Bibi to the city and left them at a shop while he went to go pick up Mum.

Jamal and Bibi saw a soccor stadium and went to it, inside woman were in hostage! One of the ladies ran and tried to escape, wait, it was Mum! Then a taxi smashed into the stadium and Mum jumped in the car and drove out!

In chapter 6, it said they had to leave the country and never come back because the government found out about the secret soccer games and the secret schools that are going on.

My summery is about when bibi wrote a note to their mum and dad saying that she was going to play soccer and her brother told her she can't because its illegal if girls play soccer and that their parents will get in big trouble.

I wonder why Bibi threw rocks at a tank that could kill her. It was pretty dumb, and if I were her, I would run off. Also, in my opinion, I think that the Afghanistan Government is very sexist towards females.

I can't believe Bibis didn't get hit by a landl mine, I would of liked the chapter better if she got hit busy a land mine. Ha, ha, ha.

Why couldn't he paint the good tanks black and white and the bad tanks blue and green?

I'm not sure about you guys, but in the book it said he paints the good tanks white and the bad tanks black. I find that racist. Do you?
