I wonder why Bibi threw rocks at a tank that could kill her. It was pretty dumb, and if I were her, I would run off. Also, in my opinion, I think that the Afghanistan Government is very sexist towards females.

The government probably think "females aren't good enough, and will make Afghanistan look bad"? Even though it's not true.
